How long does it take to design a proposal? When do you need it?
I want a small number of units. Will it be very expensive? We have standards, in case you can adapt, and if not, we always have digital cutting.
How many units can you manufacture? From one unit to infinity and beyond. Just ask.
I like the project, but the price doesn't fit... We can reconsider, but our product and service have a price; unfortunately, you'll only confirm it by trying us out.

What file formats are best for submitting work? Ideally in high-quality, closed PDF. But there are other compatible formats.
Do you manufacture everything yourselves? Yes, although there are processes we outsource to our partners to provide the necessary service and agility.
If you don't manufacture everything yourselves, how do you guarantee production? We've been collaborating for so many years that our partners are like family.
What is Canhon's pricing policy? Always adjusted to the quality and service offered. Plus, in our quotes, you'll have it clear and in writing.
What is the estimated production time? Each job has an execution time depending on its characteristics. Don't worry, we're used to working miracles.
Do you offer shipping and delivery services? Of course. We'll keep you informed at all times.
What is the tolerance on delivery? It's the difference of plus or minus 5% on the ordered quantity, set by the Guild.
Do I have to pay before you do the work? No, as long as our risk company accepts the operation. Otherwise, we'll discuss it.
What are the usual payment terms? Transfer within 60 days from the invoice date.
